Easy DIY wall art from bamboo sticks and shelf liner

If you told me a year ago that I would make my own DIY wall art with a bamboo sushi roll and plain white shelf liner, I would've ROFL-ed my ass off.

But two weeks ago, I really did make a DIY wall art with a bamboo sushi roll and plain white shelf liner and mounted it on the wall with mounting tape, and I nearly died of happiness how it looked so posh!!!

I mean, it looks like it was store-bought from some expensive home décor store doesn't it?

“Be original, show off your style, and tell your story.”

To make this, all I used was my trusty old glue gun, plain white shelf liner and bamboo sushi roll sticks from the supermarket!

Just spread the liner on the floor, line your bamboo sticks as a frame around it, and glue it together with your glue gun. You can play with the patterns for the frame and get creative with it. You can make the frame as thick or thin as you like. When the glue is all set, mount the wall art on your wall with some mounting tape, and you're done! It's super simple and super easy.
